Procilium builds email, data and agent automations for service and digital businesses. We find where the hours actually go, build the system that removes the work, and hand it over running in your accounts.
45 minutes. You leave with a written list of what can be automated in your business, ranked by hours saved. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
Your CRM is fine. Your inbox is fine. The tools are fine.
The problem is the dozen times a day someone on your team reads something off one screen and types it into another. Chasing a quote that went quiet. Retyping a booking into the calendar. Pulling the same numbers into the same spreadsheet every Monday morning.
None of it is hard. All of it is expensive, because you are paying a salary to do work a system should be doing overnight for nothing.
Most businesses do not need new software. They need the software they already pay for to talk to itself.
Every enquiry read, sorted, routed, and either answered or escalated. Quotes chased on a schedule. Nothing sits unanswered for three days because the person who handles it was out on a job.
Not a chatbot that answers questions. An agent that does a task end to end: reads the document, makes the call, updates the system, and pulls in a human only when it actually needs one.
The plumbing between your tools. Data moves, matches and cleans itself, so your reporting stops disagreeing with itself and nobody exports another CSV by hand.
We sit with your team and map where the hours actually go. You get a written list of what can be automated, ranked by hours saved against build effort. Yours to keep either way.
We build the top item first, in your accounts, on your tools. You see it working before we start on the next one.
Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and your team trained on what to do when something looks wrong. Everything ends up in your name.
Monitoring on every system we ship. If something breaks we know before you do. Monthly retainer or call us when you need us.
Three objections quietly sink most automation deals. Here are the straight answers, before you have to ask.
We work inside your accounts, on your subscriptions. Before we build anything you get a plain list of what leaves your systems, what it is sent to, and why. None of it is used to train anything. Happy to sign an NDA before the audit.
Accounts in your name. Code, credentials and documentation handed over. No licence fee, no platform to stay subscribed to, no lock-in. If you sacked us tomorrow, everything we built would keep running.
It will break eventually. Everything we ship is monitored and alerts us, not you, with response times written into the agreement. And nothing goes live without a manual fallback your team can run on a bad day.
FOUNDER · BUILDS WHAT HE SELLS
I started Procilium because I got tired of watching great businesses and people struggle to understand AI and then get sold, honestly, a bunch of slop. A vast majority of the AI market is flashy demos, but what actually moves the needle is usually the unglamorous stuff: the enquiries that get answered at midnight, the invoices that reconcile themselves, and the report nobody has to build on Monday morning.
Procilium is deliberately small. You talk to me on the audit call, I build what I sell, and I tell you when something is not worth automating (and how to streamline it and save money instead).
It depends on what we find in the audit, so we do not put a number on the website and pretend otherwise. What we will say: the audit gives you a costed list before you commit to any build, so you are never guessing. If the numbers do not work we will tell you.
A week for the audit, then two to four weeks to build the first system. So roughly three to five weeks from the first call to something running in your business. We build the highest-value item first on purpose, so you see a return before the project is finished.
A few hours from someone who genuinely knows how the work gets done, usually in week one. Access to the tools involved. And one person who can make a decision without a committee. That is it. Projects stall when there is nobody internally to answer questions, not because the tech is hard.
Everything we ship is monitored. The alert comes to us, not to you, and response times are written into the agreement rather than promised on a call. Nothing goes live without a manual fallback your team can run, so a broken automation is an annoyance rather than a stopped business.
Almost never, and we would be suspicious of anyone who promised it. What it replaces is the worst two hours of your team's day. In practice most clients use the time to take on more work with the same headcount rather than to cut people.
No. We build on top of what you already pay for. If a tool genuinely cannot do what you need we will say so, but swapping your CRM is not the opening move and anyone who suggests it in week one is selling you their preferred stack.
You do, outright. Accounts in your name, code and documentation handed over at the end. There is no Procilium platform to stay subscribed to and no licence. If you stopped working with us the systems would keep running.
Then you stop. Builds are quoted per system, so you can decide after each one whether to carry on. Support is month to month. There is no annual contract to get trapped in.
Yes, and we are happy to sign before the audit rather than after. Send yours over or we will send ours.
Not as a headline service. It comes up often enough with clients we already work with that we will take it on, but automation is the job we do properly. Ask on the call.
No pitch deck, no obligation, and no attempt to sell you a retainer on the first call. You will get a straight answer on whether this is worth doing in your business.
